An interesting game took place in Murcia, where higher ranked Assignia Manresa (15-18) lost to sixteenth ranked UCAM Murcia (12-21) in a road game 60-78. The game was mostly controlled by UCAM Murcia. Assignia Manresa was better in second period 20-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Nigerian-American forward Ime Udoka (198-77, college: Portland St., agency: Priority Sports) nailed 19 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side and American forward James Augustine (208-84, college: Illinois, agency: Priority Sports) accounted for 16 points and 10 rebounds (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!). Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. UCAM Murcia moved-up to fourteenth place, which they share with Blusens M. and Fuenlabrada. Assignia Manresa at the other side dropped to the twelfth position with 18 games lost. UCAM Murcia's next round opponent will be Asefa Estudiantes (#17) in Madrid.
