Semi-Finals Game 4: Azovmash - Budivelnyk 98-86

It looked good early as Budivelnyk took an 7-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Azovmash had a 25-16 second period charge getting the lead and Budivelnyk was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 86-98. Azovmash made 30-of-34 charity shots (88.2 percent) during the game, while Budivelnyk only scored thirteen points from the stripe. Azovmash brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. Budivelnyk was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of American swingman Matt Walsh (197-82, college: Florida) who helped to win the game recording 26 points and 5 assists. The other American import point guard Jerome Randle (178-87, college: California) contributed with 21 points and 7 assists for the winners. Four Azovmash players scored in double figures. Dominican guard Luis Flores (188-81, college: Manhattan) replied with 18 points and 6 rebounds and American point guard Jack McClinton (185-85, college: Miami, FL, agency: Alti Sport) added 20 points in the effort for Budivelnyk. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
