Quarter-Finals Round 2: s.Oliver Baskets - ALBA 79-66

The game was mostly controlled by s Oliver Baskets. ALBA Berlin was better in fourth quarter 26-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American guard Ben Jacobson (188-83, college: N.Iowa) orchestrated the victory by scoring 14 points. The other American import point guard John Little (180-84, college: N.Iowa) contributed with 15 points for the winners. Little is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. International guard Heiko Schaffartzik (182-84) replied with 17 points and 5 assists (was perfect 9-for-9 from the free throw line !!!) and American guard Kyle Weaver (198-86, college: Washington St., agency: Interperformances) added 9 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for ALBA Berlin. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
