Semi-Finals Game 5: BC Donetsk - Ferro-ZNTU 67-86

Ferro-ZNTU relied on Randy Culpepper performance and unbelievable three-pointers accuracy to shock BC Donetsk on the road forcing the sixth game in the series. The guests trailed by 6 points at the halftime before their 58-33 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Ferro-ZNTU made 19-of-22 free shots (86.4 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was American guard Randy Culpepper (182-89, college: UTEP) who scored 34 points (!!!). His fellow American import center R.T. Guinn (208-81, college: Baylor) chipped in 16 points and 8 rebounds. American forward Michael Lee (207-86) produced 17 points and 8 rebounds and the former international forward Dmytro Gliebov (198-88, agency: Beo Basket) added 18 points and 8 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
