The game between third ranked Tijuana Zonkeys (21-10) and 9th ranked Garra Canera de Navolato (10-21) in Tijuana on Friday ended with biggest points difference. Tijuana Zonkeys beat guests from Navolato 88-75. The game was mostly controlled by Tijuana Zonkeys. Garra Canera de Navolato was better in third quarter 28-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Tijuana Zonkeys shot 63.3 percent from the field. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Tijuana Zonkeys maintains third place with 21-10 record having six points less than leader Hermosillo. Loser Garra Canera de Navolato dropped to the eighth position with 21 games lost. Tijuana Zonkeys will face again Garra Canera de Navolato (#8) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game.
