Semi-Finals Game 3: Tundja Yambol - Levski Sofia 96-85

The game was mostly controlled by Tundja Yambol. Levski Sofia managed to win second period 20-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Levski Sofia 46-27 including a 33-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was American center John Ofoegbu (206-84, college: Idaho St.) who had a double-double by scoring 24 points and 16 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). Guard Stanislav Govedarov (185-80) chipped in 25 points and 7 rebounds. Four Tundja Yambol players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American swingman Aaron Harper (199-81, college: Mississippi, agency: Strategic Sports) who recorded 20 points and 9 rebounds and the other American import guard Marcus Hall (185-85, college: Colorado) added 16 points and 4 assists respectively. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
