Finals Game 2: Budivelnyk - Ferro-ZNTU 82-72

Budivelnyk bounced back after the starting loss to level the consolation final series. The game was mostly controlled by Budivelnyk. Ferro-ZNTU managed to win third quarter 20-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 18-of-23 free shots (78.3 percent) during the game. Budivelnyk outrebounded Ferro-ZNTU 43-24 including a 27-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was Dominican guard Luis Flores (188-81, college: Manhattan) who scored 17 points and 7 rebounds (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line). American point guard Jack McClinton (185-85, college: Miami, FL, agency: Alti Sport) chipped in 20 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Budivelnyk's coach Zvezdan Mitrovic used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American guard Randy Culpepper (182-89, college: UTEP) produced 19 points and 4 steals and the former international point guard Artem Butskyy (185-81, agency: New Trend Agency) added 9 points and 6 assists respectively for the guests.
