Henan Jiyuan was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. Nanjin Army forced 19 Henan Jiyuan turnovers. Henan Jiyuan was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Forward Shengyue Sun (198-89) fired 18 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Forward ChengLin Fan (202-91) chipped in 13 points and 6 rebounds. Nanjin Army's coach Yuenan Ma used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game.
