10th ranked Alaska Aces (1-6) were defeated at home by eighth ranked Talk N Text (2-3) with the biggest margin this round 80-72 on Saturday night. The guests trailed by 6 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 10-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 80-72. Strangely Alaska Aces outrebounded Talk N Text 66-53 including a 25-12 advantage in offensive rebounds. American swingman Paul Harris (193-86, college: Syracuse) fired a double-double by scoring 25 points and 16 rebounds for the winners. Swingman Larry Fonacier (186-82) chipped in 16 points. American forward Jason Forte (196-84, college: S.Mississippi) produced a double-double by scoring 24 points and 18 rebounds and swingman Marnel Baracael (191-85) added 20 points and 9 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Talk N Text moved-up to seventh place. Alaska Aces lost fifth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with six games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
