Quite upsetting was Astoria Bydg.'s home defeat in a game versus Polonia 68-60. The guests trailed by 10 points after three quarters before their 23-5 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Polonia dominated on the defensive end, holding Astoria Bydg. to just 5 points in fourth quarter. They also forced 25 Astoria Bydg. turnovers and outrebounded them 46-30 including 31 on the defensive glass. Center Marcin Kolowca (209-87) fired 9 points and 12 rebounds for the winners.
