Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both leader Angers BC 49 and bottom-ranked Monaco had identical 0-0 record. This time Angers BC 49 used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Monaco 80-76 on Saturday night. Four Monaco players scored in double figures. Angers BC 49 maintains first place with 1-0 record, which they share with 5 other teams. Newly promoted Monaco still closes the standings with one game lost. Angers BC 49 will face league's second-placed Blois on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
