Sorgues was trailing by 4 points at halftime but managed to get 6-point lead after three quarters before a 22-13 charge of Orchesien BC, which allowed them to win the game. Orchesien BC outrebounded Sorgues 43-32 including a 18-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Point guard Emilien Barbry (188-83) scored 5 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and center Julien Bestron (205-86) chipped in 12 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Orchesien BC's coach Philippe Namyst used a ten-player rotation in such tough game.
