Regular Season Round 3: Lider Pruszkow - Artego Bydg. 62-69

No shocking result in a game when leader Artego Bydg. (2-0) defeated on the road bottom-ranked Lider Pruszkow (0-3) 69-62. The game without a history. Artego Bydg. led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. It was a good game for Nigerian-American center Charity Szczechowiak (191-85, college: SF Austin) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 13 rebounds. American guard Julie McBride (165-82, college: Syracuse) contributed with 17 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Four Artego Bydg. players scored in double figures. American guard Kiara Buford (180-89, college: Minnesota, agency: Gamble Sports Management) answered with 22 points and the other American import point guard Sydney Colson (172-89, college: Texas A&M) added 8 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 6 steals in the effort for Lider Pruszkow. Lider Pruszkow's coach Adam Prabucki rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Artego Bydg. moved-up to second place, which they share with Wisla Can-Pak and CCC Polkowice. Lider Pruszkow at the other side still closes the standings with three games lost. They share the position with Widzew. Artego Bydg. will play against ROW Rybnik (#7) at home in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Lider Pruszkow will play against Widzew in Lodz and looks forward to get finally their first victory.
