Very predictable result when leader Okinawa GK (2-0) won against on the road bottom-ranked Kyoto Hannar. (0-2) 82-74 on Sunday. The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Okinawa GK dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Kyoto Hannar.'s 30. Kyoto Hannar. was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a very good performance for American Anthony McHenry (202-83, college: Georgia Tech) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 29 points and 16 rebounds.
