Very important is a road loss of KK Parnu (1-1) against BC Rakvere (2-1) on Friday night. Visiting KK Parnu was defeated by BC Rakvere in Rakvere 100-84. The game was mostly controlled by BC Rakvere. KK Parnu managed to win fourth quarter 29-25. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Latvian forward Maris Laksa (205-81, college: Providence, agency: Court Side) scored 28 points and 6 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the former international point guard Reimo Tamm (185-84) chipped in 17 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals during the contest. International center Rain Raadik (208-89) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 16 rebounds and international forward Kristjan Kitsing (205-90) scored 18 points. Five BC Rakvere and four KK Parnu players scored in double figures. BC Rakvere will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. KK Parnu will play against TU/Rock in Tartu.
