SM-sarja top team - Catz Lappeenranta (4-0) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they crushed eleventh ranked TuRi (0-4) 93-64. The game was mostly controlled by Catz Lappeenranta. TuRi managed to win fourth quarter 23-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding TuRi to just 7 points in first quarter. Catz Lappeenranta forced 29 TuRi turnovers. American swingman Alexandria Anderson (185-86, college: Chattanooga, agency: Regeneracom Sports) fired 20 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. International forward Hanna Vapamaa (180-90) chipped in 18 points and 6 rebounds. Four Catz Lappeenranta players scored in double figures.
