No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked GreenTops Netanya (5-4) defeated at home bottom-ranked Maccabi Ashdod (1-7) 87-75. Maccabi Ashdod was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. GreenTops Netanya made 16-of-21 charity shots (76.2 percent) during the game. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. It was a very good performance for American guard Ramel Bradley (188-85) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 19 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists. His fellow American import forward Jonathan Mitchell (200-87, college: Rutgers) contributed with 18 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners.
