LigaA top team - Libertad Sunchales (9-1) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat fifth ranked Quimsa (5-5) 86-77. It looked good early as Quimsa took an 1-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Libertad Sunchales had a 25-10 second period charge getting the lead and Quimsa was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 77-86. 24 personal fouls committed by Quimsa helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The former international forward Gabriel Mikulas (200-80, college: E.Carolina, agency: Interperformances) fired 19 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Guard Marcos Saglietti (190-86) chipped in 18 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). Four Libertad Sunchales players scored in double figures.
