Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Galil Gilboa's coach Lior Lubin tested ten players seeing no chance for a win. Despite that victory Maccabi Rishon went down to seventh position due to points difference. Galil Gilboa at the other side keeps the eleventh place with seven games lost. Maccabi Rishon will play against league's second-placed Hapoel Eilat at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Galil Gilboa will play against Maccabi Haifa (#3) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
