Svit can celebrate their first win this season after three consecutive loses. They used home court advantage to defeat Prievidza (0-3) 84-82 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 11 points after three quarters before their 21-8 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Svit forced 20 Prievidza turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of Australian guard Anthony Stewart (196-70) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 22 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists and Serbian Marko Puzic (198-85) who added 20 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Prievidza will play against the league's leader Inter Bratislava having rather not much hope for a victory.
