We should not miss anothera road victory of seventh ranked Fontedoso Carrefour (1-1) who smashed bottom-ranked Castello (0-2) by 23 points 80-57. The game without a history. Fontedoso Carrefour led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. The best player for the winners was American swingman Riley Luettgerodt (196-85, college: Hawaii, agency: I.D.S. Law) who scored 20 points. Center Jose Maria Gonzalez (205-91) chipped in a double-double by scoring 10 points and 13 rebounds. Luettgerodt is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Fontedoso Carrefour players scored in double figures. Fontedoso Carrefour's coach Armando Gomez felt very confident that he used 11 players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Power forward Albert Ausina (203-81) produced a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds and guard Federico Castello (187-79) added 8 points respectively for the hosts. Fontedoso Carrefour left bottom position moving up to fifth place, which they share with 3 other teams. Newly promoted Castello still closes the standings with two games lost. Fontedoso Carrefour's next round opponent will be league's second-placed CB Guadalajara at home and it may be quite challenging game.
