Regular Season Round 3: Parnu - TU/Rock 50-80

Undefeated leader TU/Rock recorded the fourth consecutive victory on Sunday night. This time they crushed 6th ranked KK Parnu (1-2) 80-50. The guests trailed by 7 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 5-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 80-50. TU/Rock held KK Parnu to an opponent 24.0 percent shooting from the field compared to 44.4 percent accuracy of the winners and made 17-of-20 free shots (85.0 percent) during the game. TU/Rock forced 19 KK Parnu turnovers. It was a great evening for international forward Timo Eichfuss (200-88) who led his team to a victory scoring 17 points and 8 rebounds. American point guard Justin Ingram (188-85, college: Toledo, agency: Two Points) helped adding 17 points. The best for the losing side was international center Rain Raadik (208-89) with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 14 rebounds and Lithuanian guard Augustas Peciukevicius (192-91) scored 9 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. TU/Rock have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain first place with 4-0 record. Loser KK Parnu dropped to the fifth position with two games lost. They share it with Hito/Johvi and TTU. TU/Rock will meet at home Kalev/Cramo (#4) in the next round. KK Parnu will play against Rapla.
