Important game to mention about took place in Mogilev. Sixth ranked Borisfen (1-2) saved a 2-point derby victory at home edging bottom-ranked Svisloch (0-3) 74-72 in the game for the sixth place. Svisloch was ahead by 7 points after three quarters before a 18-9 charge of Borisfen, which allowed them to win the game. They also forced 29 Svisloch turnovers. Svisloch was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. It was an exceptional evening for guard Sergey Tatur (195-91) who led the winners and scored 18 points and 6 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). point guard Fedor Kryukov (181-88) accounted for 13 points and 5 assists for the winning side. Four Borisfen players scored in double figures. They still closes the standings with three games lost. Borisfen will play against higher ranked Rubon (#5) in Vitebsk in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Svisloch will have a break next round.
