Rather predictable result when fifth ranked Panteras (10-7) won against 9th ranked Huracanes (8-7) in Aguascalientes 102-88 on Thursday. The game without a history. Panteras led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Huracanes' 42. Panteras had a 24-12 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Puerto Rican point guard Ricardo Melendez (179-83, agency: Paris Global Sports) nailed 37 points (!!!) for the winning side and American guard Nate Miller (193-87, college: Bowling Green, agency: KMG Sports Management) accounted for 22 points and 4 assists. Four Panteras players scored in double figures. Panteras' coach Juan Cardona used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest.
