Undefeated Oviedo CB (1-1) recorded its first loss in S'Arenal. Visitors were edged by eighth ranked Palma (2-1) 71-68. It was a key game for the second position in the league. It was a great evening for Haitian-American center Robert Joseph (204-78, college: Union, TN) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds. Forward Ivan Matemalas (193-80) helped adding 19 points and 6 rebounds. Palma's coach Matias Cerda allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. The best for the losing side was Canadian forward Willie Galick (203-87, college: CS Northridge) with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 13 rebounds and swingman Victor Perez (193-82) scored 12 points and 4 assists. Four Oviedo CB players scored in double figures. Palma moved-up to second place, which they share with 5 other teams. Oviedo CB at the other side dropped to the eighth position with one game lost. Palma will play against league's leader Lan Mobel ISB in Azpeitia in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
