Bottom-ranked AZS PP (0-6) is still winless. This time they lost on the road their sixth consecutive match to twelfth ranked Polonia (3-3) 92-76 on Saturday evening. The game was mostly controlled by Polonia. AZS PP managed to win fourth quarter 22-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Polonia shot 67.4 percent from the field and made 21-of-25 free shots (84.0 percent) during the game, while AZS PP only scored five points from the stripe. Polonia had a 31-14 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Polonia especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 60.0 percentage. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Polonia moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Znicz Basket and SKK Siedlce. Newly promoted AZS PP still closes the standings with six games lost. Polonia will meet WIKANA Start (#15) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. AZS PP will play against P.Cukier SIDEn in Torun and hopes to get finally their first victory.
