Regular Season Round 4: Rapla - TTU 65-81

Another interesting game for TTU (2-2) which played on the court of Rapla (1-3). Seventh ranked TTU had an easy win 81-65. The game was mostly controlled by TTU. Rapla was better in fourth quarter 23-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. TTU forced 22 Rapla turnovers. Rapla was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Kristjan Keres (196-89) who helped to win the game recording 17 points and American center Andrew Arnold (208-86, college: Lewis-Clark St.) who added 15 points during the contest. Four TTU players scored in double figures. At the losing side power forward Raido Ringmets (206-83) responded with 13 points and 5 rebounds and forward Illimar Pilk (195-88) scored 9 points and 5 assists. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. TTU moved-up to fourth place. Rapla lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the seventh position with three games lost. They share it with Parnu. TTU will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Rapla will play on the road against Valga (#3) to get more than just one victory in their record.
