Very important is a road loss of third ranked Solna Vikings (5-3) against tenth ranked White Eagles (3-5) on Thursday night. Visiting Solna Vikings were defeated by White Eagles in a tough game in Stockholm 67-75. White Eagles forced 22 Solna Vikings turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of Serbian center Dragoljub Kitanovic (203-85) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 5 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) and American forward Joseph Taylor (205-85, college: Wyoming) who added 12 points and 11 rebounds during the contest. Four White Eagles players scored in double figures. Finnish guard Roope Ahonen (186-90, agency: FCM) responded with 15 points and American forward Donald Johnson (201, college: CSU Bakersfield) scored 9 points and 9 rebounds. White Eagles moved-up to eighth place, which they share with LF Basket and Jamtland. Loser Solna Vikings dropped to the fourth position with three games lost. They share it with Uppsala. White Eagles will meet bottom-ranked Nassjo (#12) on the road in the next round. Solna Vikings will play against the league's second-placed Sundsvall Dragons (#2) and will have a slim chance for a victory.
