Everything went according to plan when fifth ranked S. La Spezia (4-1) won against on the road 8th ranked Irpino (2-3) 71-67 on Thursday. The guests trailed by 8 points after first quarter, but they rallied back and won the game by 4 points. S. La Spezia forced 30 Irpino turnovers. Strangely Irpino outrebounded S. La Spezia 42-25 including a 30-18 advantage in defensive rebounds.
