Very expected game when 8th ranked Miyazaki Shining Suns (1-6) were smashed by third ranked Hamamatsu Phoenix (6-3) in Mikawa 112-77 on Saturday. The game without a history. Hamamatsu Phoenix led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Miyazaki Shining Suns' 32. They outrebounded Miyazaki Shining Suns 57-37 including 19 on the offensive glass.
