Very predictable result when top-ranked Thompson Rivers (2-0) rolled over bottom-ranked UNBC (0-2) in Kamloops 83-62 on Saturday. The game without a history. Thompson Rivers led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Thompson Rivers forced 20 UNBC turnovers. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Thompson Rivers made 8 blocks.
