Everything could happen in Umea at the game between two tied teams. Both seventh ranked Udominate and 9th ranked Visby Ladies had identical 2-3 record. This time Udominate used a home court advantage and crushed the opponent from Visby 80-59 on Wednesday night. The game was mostly controlled by Udominate. Visby Ladies managed to win second period 19-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. International guard Kristina Nybom (172-89) fired a double-double by scoring 25 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. International forward Jessica Nilsson (184-89) chipped in a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds. Udominate's coach Mikael Blomqvist felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American guard Michele Miller (180-85, college: Xavier) produced 21 points and 9 rebounds and guard Marie Soderberg (164-65) added 11 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Udominate maintains seventh place with 3-3 record, which they share with Eos. Visby Ladies lost third consecutive game. They keep the ninth position with four games lost. They share it with Sallen. Udominate will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Visby Ladies will play against the league's second-placed Telge (#2) having rather not much hope for a victory.
