Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both thirteenth ranked Recanati and 14th ranked Naturhouse Ferrara had identical 3-4 record. But Naturhouse Ferrara was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Recanati 70-63 on Sunday night. The guests trailed by 5 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 2-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 70-63. Recanati dominated on the defensive end, holding Naturhouse Ferrara to just 7 points in second quarter. They made 18-of-21 free shots (85.7 percent) during the game. Strangely Naturhouse Ferrara outrebounded Recanati 41-29 including a 19-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. Naturhouse Ferrara's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Recanati (4-4) moved-up to tenth place. Naturhouse Ferrara lost fourth consecutive game. Newly promoted team dropped to the twelfth position with five games lost. Recanati will face higher ranked Firenze (#7) at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Naturhouse Ferrara will play against Castelletto (#5).
