The game with biggest result difference took place in Visby. Local Visby Ladies (2-5) were outscored by second ranked Telge (5-1) 85-53 on Sunday night. The game was mostly controlled by Telge. Visby Ladies managed to win second period 14-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Worth to mention a quality performance of American swingman Rashada McCants (185-86, college: N.Carolina) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and 4 assists and Paulina Hersler (185-94) who added 22 points during the contest. Four Telge players scored in double figures. American guard Michele Miller (180-85, college: Xavier) responded with 19 points and 9 rebounds and Maltese center Josephine Grima (193-84) scored 4 points and 8 rebounds. Defending champion maintains second position with 5-1 record having just three points less than leader Norrkoping. Visby Ladies lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the ninth place with five games lost. They share the position with Sallen. Telge will meet at home bottom-ranked 08 Stockholm (#12) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Visby Ladies will play against Northland in Lulea and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
