The game in Reykjavik supposed to be also worth to mention about. Second ranked Snaefell (7-2) played at the court of 8th ranked Fjolnir (1-8). Snaefell smashed Fjolnir 82-47. The game without a history. Snaefell led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Snaefell forced 21 Fjolnir turnovers and outrebounded them 54-37 including 17 on the offensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Fjolnir's players. The best player for the winners was American forward Kieraah Marlow (178-85) who had a double-double by scoring 18 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international guard Hildur Sigurdardottir (178-81) chipped in 19 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Four Snaefell players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Britney Jones (172-87, college: UAB) who recorded 18 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists and the former international forward Fanney Gudmundsdottir (179-89) added 12 points and 6 rebounds respectively. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
