Regular Season Round 9: Sparta - Residence 79-78
Date: November 17, 2012
Not a big story in a game when 6th ranked Residence (4-5) was edged by leader Sparta (9-0) in Bertrange 79-78 on Saturday. They outrebounded Residence 48-30 including a 20-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a good game for American point guard Kasey Ulin (181-82, college: Dickinson St.) who saved his team from a defeat with 23 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists. The former international forward Larrie Smith (198-75, college: Tenn Tech) contributed with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 16 rebounds for the winners.
