There was a small surprise when ninth ranked Sendai 89ers (3-6) edged at home 6th ranked Yokohama BC (5-4) 87-84 on Saturday. Sendai 89ers made 17-of-21 free shots (81.0 percent) during the game. Loser Yokohama BC keeps the sixth place with four games lost. Sendai 89ers will face again higher ranked Yokohama BC (#6) at home in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
