Fourth ranked Agrigento (7-3) beat at home 16th ranked Mazzeo San Severo (3-7) by 11 points 81-70, which is the biggest margin this round on Sunday night. The game was mostly controlled by Agrigento. Mazzeo San Severo managed to win second period 20-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Guard Vincenzo Di Viccaro (191-84) fired 19 points and 4 steals for the winners. The former international forward Michele Giovanatto (202-81) chipped in 12 points and 5 rebounds.
