Another interesting game for Tychy (5-2) which played in Jelenia Gora against Sudety (4-3). Third ranked Tychy had an easy win 83-71. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Sudety. Sudety was ahead by 3 points after three quarters before a 25-10 charge of Tychy, which allowed them to win the game. They made 17-of-20 charity shots (85.0 percent) during the game. Tychy outrebounded Sudety 38-22 including 25 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of swingman Grzegorz Remin (192-82) who helped to win the game recording 27 points and power forward Tomasz Bzdyra (196-83) who added 15 points and 13 rebounds during the contest. point guard Michal Kozak (179-92) responded with a double-double by scoring 10 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists and guard Rafal Niesobski (189-82) scored 15 points. Four Sudety players scored in double figures. Tychy have a solid four-game winning streak. Newly promoted Tychy maintains third position with 5-2 record having just -1 point less than leader MCKiS Jaworz., which they share with GTK Gliwice. Sudety at the other side dropped to the fifth place with three games lost. They share the position with HK Zory and WKK Wroclaw. Tychy will play against Wschowa (#11) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Sudety will play against GTK Gliwice (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
