There was a small surprise when ninth ranked La Rochelle (5-5) edged on the road 7th ranked Angers BC 49 (4-4) 75-73 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 16 points after three quarters before their 24-6 charge, which allowed them to win the game. La Rochelle dominated on the defensive end, holding Angers BC 49 to just 6 points in fourth quarter. They made 21-of-26 free shots (80.8 percent) during the game.
