We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 4th placed Bishop's (0-2) were outleveled by fifth ranked Laval (1-3) in Sherbrooke 80-47 on Saturday. The game without a history. Laval led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. The former international center the former international center Marie-Pascale Nadeau (188-89) (188-89) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds. Gabrielle Girard contributed with 17 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Laval's coach Linda Marquis felt very confident using entire bench and allowed the starting five to get some rest.
