Winner League top team - Maccabi T-A (6-1) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they crushed eighth ranked Hapoel Holon (3-4) 100-72. The game without a history. Maccabi T-A led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Hapoel Holon's 40. Maccabi T-A looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by Hapoel Holon's players. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Maccabi T-A made 9 blocks. American-Polish guard David Logan (185-82, college: Indianapolis) fired 15 points for the winners. International Lior Eliyahu (206-85) chipped in 13 points. Maccabi T-A's coach David Blatt felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest.
