An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Halifax, NS. Top-ranked Huskies faced one of their biggest challengers Dalhousie. Host Huskies (7-0) smashed guests from Halifax (4-2) 85-64. The game without a history. Huskies led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Huskies had a 33-19 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a good game for international guard Justine Colley (175-91) who led her team to a victory with 37 points (!!!), 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 8 steals. Guard Laura Langille contributed with 19 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Forward Tessa Stammberger (178) replied with 15 points and 8 rebounds and guard Anna Von Maltzahn (180-91) added 14 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Dalhousie. Four Dalhousie players scored in double figures. Dalhousie's coach Anna Stammberger gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Huskies have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 7-0 record which they share with defeated Dalhousie.
