Bottom-ranked Sydney Uni Flames managed to get a second victory, breaking the series of three consecutive loses. This time they won against seventh-ranked Logan Thunder 81-67. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Logan Thunder. Logan Thunder was ahead by 6 points at the halftime before a 52-32 second half run of Sydney Uni Flames.
