Everything could happen in Yixing at the game between two tied teams. Both ninth ranked Jiangsu Phoenix and 8th ranked Bayi Kylin had identical 5-6 record. This time Jiangsu Phoenix used a home court advantage and defeated the opponent from Yinzhou 74-64. The game was mostly controlled by Jiangsu Phoenix. Bayi Kylin was better in second period 18-13. Bayi Kylin at the other side dropped to the ninth position with seven games lost. Jiangsu Phoenix's next round opponent will be Guangdong Dolphins (#11) in Guangzhou where they are favorite. Bayi Kylin will play on the road against Shanghai Octopus and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
