Regular Season Round 23: Denso Iris - Yamanashi QB 61-32

Bottom-ranked Yamanashi QB (0-21) is still winless. This time they lost on the road their 21th consecutive match to eighth ranked Denso Iris (8-13) 61-32 on Saturday evening. The game without a history. Denso Iris led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Yamanashi QB to just 3 points in third quarter and to 12 points in second half. Denso Iris held Yamanashi QB to an opponent 23.6 percent shooting from the field compared to 41.5 percent accuracy of the winners. The best player for the winners was international forward Arisa Fujiwara (175-87) who scored 16 points and 5 rebounds. Guard Tomomi Tanaka (173-89) chipped in 5 points and 7 assists.
