Regular Season Round 11: LF Future - Akropol 66-77

An interesting game for Akropol (8-3) which played road game in Lulea against second-ranked LF Future (8-3). Third ranked Akropol managed to get a 11-point victory 77-66. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of LF Future. The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. It was an exceptional evening for forward Richard Hartmann (201-89) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 31 points and 16 rebounds. Naturalized Greek guard Christian Koutras (189-88, college: Cuesta JC) accounted for 14 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists for the winning side. Four Akropol players scored in double figures. Center Tresor Saya (203-84) came up with 9 points and 15 rebounds and guard Adam Ronnqvist (181-90) added 18 points respectively for LF Future in the defeat. Akropol have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to second place in North, which they share with Umea and LF Future. Akropol will meet at home Jarva Devils (#11) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. LF Future will have a break next round.
