Regular Season Round 14: AB Contern - Musel Pikes 52-55

The most exciting game of round 14 in the Diekirch League took place in Contern. American power forward Bridget Yoerger (180-87, college: S.Dakota, agency: LBM Management) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points, 17 rebounds and 7 assists and German center Nadine Grieb (184-87) produced a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds. Musel Pikes have an impressive nine-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 10-1 record. AB Contern at the other side keeps the third place with three games lost. Musel Pikes will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. AB Contern will play on the road against Amicale in Steinsel and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
