There was a minor upset when 7th ranked Polonia (7-8) lost to ninth ranked Znicz Basket (7-8) in Pruszkow 61-75 on Wednesday. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Znicz Basket made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. It was a good game for forward Przemyslaw Szymanski (198-84) who led his team to a victory with 19 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. point guard Adrian Sulinski (185-89, agency: Promotex) contributed with 11 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Five Znicz Basket players scored in double figures.
