No shocking result in a game in Minsk where third ranked Gorizont (6-2) defeated 5th ranked Sozh Gomel (3-6) 81-65 on Wednesday. The hosts trailed by 4 points at the halftime before their 53-33 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Gorizont made 18-of-21 free shots (85.7 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Sozh Gomel turnovers and outrebounded them 48-34 including 19 on the offensive glass.
